Chess

At Mowbray Public School, we combine learning with fun by offering students the opportunity to participate in chess classes. 

Chess is a fun and interactive game which encourages students to achieve academic success by creating strategic and brighter thinkers. Chess is hosted by the Sydney Academy of Chess and is held each week in the library.

Students from Year 1 to 6 attend these classes to learn the skills of chess.
